DAY 01 · MONWhy coaches struggle to get clients from social mediaEducational
LinkedIn Personal — Long-Form Authority Post
Text Post · 1,400–1,600 characters · Peak time: 8–10AM
Most coaches post every day and still can't get a single client from social media. Here's the exact reason why — and it has nothing to do with your content quality.
The problem isn't that coaches don't show up.
The problem is that they show up without a system.
I spent weeks studying why coaches and consultants — some of the most brilliant experts I've ever seen — keep getting ignored online despite posting consistently.
Here's what I found:
❌ They're posting to be seen — not to be chosen.
❌ They're creating content — not creating trust.
❌ They're chasing engagement — not attracting the right clients.
The coaches who consistently attract clients from social media aren't the ones who post the most.
They're the ones who post with the most strategic intention.
The difference?
✅ Every post answers ONE specific question their ideal client is already asking.
✅ Every caption is designed to make a coach feel deeply understood — before selling a single thing.
✅ Every piece of content builds one layer of trust in a system that compounds over time.
Social media marketing for coaches isn't about going viral.
It's about showing up in a way that makes the right person think:
"This person gets me. I need to talk to them."
That's the only metric that matters.

Social Media Marketing & Management for Coaches & Consultants
💬 What's the #1 thing that stops you from getting clients from your content? Drop it in the comments — I read every single one.
Coaches don't have a content problem. They have a strategy problem.
There's a pattern I keep seeing in the coaching industry:
Brilliant coaches. Consistent posting. Zero client inquiries.
The gap isn't effort. It's intentionality.
At Raf Saquido SMM, we specialize in turning scattered social media activity into a strategic client-attraction system — built specifically for coaches and consultants who are tired of posting without results.
Here's what strategic social media actually looks like for a coach:
→ Content that answers real questions your ideal clients are already searching
→ Messaging that positions you as the trusted expert — not just another coach posting tips
→ A posting cadence built around conversion, not just consistency
Social media marketing for coaches is a specialized skill.
And when it's done right, your content becomes your best salesperson — working 24/7, without a single paid ad.

🔴 Coaches: You don't have a social media problem. You have a strategy problem.
I've been studying why coaches and consultants struggle to get clients from social media — and the answer is almost always the same.
They post. But they don't have a SYSTEM.
Here are the 3 things coaches who DO get clients from social media always have:
✅ 1. A clear content strategy built around their ideal client's real problems
✅ 2. A posting system that builds trust BEFORE pitching anything
✅ 3. A brand voice that makes the right people feel immediately understood
The good news? All three are learnable and buildable — no matter how long you've been struggling online.
💡 This is exactly what I help coaches and consultants build: a social media presence that works like a system — not a slot machine.

Something I've noticed after studying the coaching industry deeply:
The coaches who struggle most with social media aren't posting too little.
They're posting without a strategy.
That one shift — from random posting to intentional content — changes everything.
No more invisible posts. No more crickets after publishing.
Just a simple, consistent system that builds trust and brings the right clients in.
This is why I chose to specialize in social media marketing for coaches and consultants specifically.
Because I know exactly what they need — and I know exactly how to build it.
If you're a coach or know one who's frustrated with social media — drop a 🙋 below. I'd love to connect.
Why coaches post every day and STILL get zero clients 👇 (save this)
SLIDE 1: "Posting ≠ Getting Clients. Here's what actually works."
SLIDE 2: The #1 mistake: posting to be SEEN, not to be CHOSEN
SLIDE 3: What clients actually need to see before they trust you
SLIDE 4: The 3-part trust system every coach's content needs
SLIDE 5: Educational content → Pain awareness → Strategic insight
SLIDE 6: Story-based posts → Offer posts (in that order, always)

REEL SCRIPT OPTION:
"Here's why most coaches can't get clients from social media — even when they post every single day. [pause] It's not your content quality. It's not your follower count. It's that you're posting without a system. [pause] A strategic social media system for coaches has 5 parts: educational posts, pain posts, framework posts, story posts, and one CTA post. In that rotation. Every week. That's the system that converts followers into clients. Save this if you needed to hear it."

DAY 02 · TUEThe invisible coach problem — naming the real painPain Awareness
LinkedIn Personal
Text Post · Emotional hook · 1,300–1,500 characters
You know your expertise is worth paying for. You know you can help them. But somehow — you feel invisible online. And nobody talks about how demoralizing that actually is.
Coaches and consultants deal with a very specific kind of frustration.
It's not imposter syndrome (though that's real too).
It's the feeling of knowing EXACTLY how much value you deliver — and watching the right clients scroll right past you.
You post. You try to be consistent. You watch the views.
And then... nothing.
No comments. No DMs. No inquiries.
I call this the Invisible Coach Problem.
And it has three root causes:
1️⃣ Your content is speaking to everyone — which means it speaks to no one
2️⃣ Your messaging describes what you do — not how you change lives
3️⃣ Your posting has activity but no architecture — no system pulling people toward a decision
The coaches I've studied who broke through this pattern didn't post more.
They posted DIFFERENTLY.
They started writing to ONE specific person.
They started naming SPECIFIC frustrations their ideal client was already feeling.
They built a content architecture that moved people from "interesting" to "I need this."
The Invisible Coach Problem is solvable.
But it requires a different approach — not more effort on the same strategy that isn't working.
— Rafael Saquido | Social Media Strategist for Coaches & Consultants
♻️ Repost this if you know a coach who's been feeling invisible online. They need to hear this.
The Invisible Coach Problem is real — and it's costing coaches thousands in unrealized revenue every month.
Here's what it looks like:
→ Consistent posting with little to no engagement
→ A great offer that nobody seems to want
→ Followers who never become paying clients
The problem isn't the coach. It's the content strategy — or the lack of one.
When coaches work with a social media marketing specialist who understands their world, three things change immediately:
✅ Their messaging becomes magnetic to their ideal client
✅ Their content builds trust systematically — not randomly
✅ Their profiles start attracting inquiries instead of silence
Social media marketing for coaches is a specialized discipline.
Generic marketing advice doesn't work in this industry because coaches sell transformation — and transformation requires trust.
Trust is built through the right content, in the right sequence, on the right platforms.
That's what Raf Saquido SMM builds.
📌 Follow this page for weekly strategies that help coaches turn their social media into a client-attraction system.
😶 You post. You wait. Nothing happens. Sound familiar?
There's a name for what you're experiencing: The Invisible Coach Problem.
You have real expertise. Real results to offer. But your social media isn't reflecting any of it — and it feels like screaming into the void.
Here's the hard truth:
Posting without a system will ALWAYS produce this result — regardless of how much value you have to offer.
The fix isn't posting more.
It's posting with STRATEGY.
✅ Content that names your ideal client's exact frustrations
✅ Posts that build trust before you ever mention your offer
✅ A system that makes the right people feel like you're speaking DIRECTLY to them
This is the work I do for coaches and consultants.
Not random content. A strategic presence that converts.
💬 Tag a coach below who you think is doing amazing work but deserves more visibility. Let's show them some love AND send them a resource that can help. 👇
To every coach who's posted consistently and still feels invisible online:
I see you.
It's not because your expertise isn't good enough.
It's not because your offer isn't worth it.
It's because no one taught you how to turn expertise into content that actually attracts clients.
That's a skill. And like every skill — it can be learned, built, and systemized.
You don't need more followers.
You need better strategy.
Rooting for every coach who's still showing up despite the silence. 🙌
Drop a ❤️ if this resonated. And DM me if you want to talk about what a real content strategy looks like for your coaching business.
To the coach posting daily and still getting ignored — this one's for you 🧡
You're not invisible because you're not good enough.
You're invisible because your content isn't POSITIONED to be found by the right people.
There's a difference.
And it's completely fixable.
Here's what positioning for coaches actually means:
→ Writing to ONE specific person (not "coaches in general")
→ Naming their EXACT pain — in the exact words they use
→ Building a content sequence that earns trust BEFORE making any ask
This is the work.
Not more posting. Better positioning.
If you're a coach who's tired of the silence — you needed to hear this today.

DAY 03 · WEDThe 5-pillar content system for coachesStrategic Insight
LinkedIn Personal — Framework Post
Numbered framework · 1,500–1,800 characters · High save rate format
Every coach I've seen build a consistent client pipeline from social media uses the same 5-pillar content system. Most coaches are using 1 or 2 of them. Here's the full framework:
PILLAR 1 → EDUCATIONAL CONTENT
Teach one specific, actionable insight per post. No fluff. One idea, fully explained, in plain language.
This builds your credibility and gets saved and shared — the highest-value signals on any platform.
PILLAR 2 → PAIN AWARENESS CONTENT
Name the exact frustration your ideal client is feeling RIGHT NOW.
Not a vague pain. A specific, uncomfortable, relatable pain.
"I'm posting but no one is engaging" hits harder than "social media is hard."
PILLAR 3 → STRATEGIC INSIGHT CONTENT
Share a framework, process, or step-by-step system.
Coaches love structure. Give them structure they can immediately visualize using in their business.
Best executed as carousels on every platform.
PILLAR 4 → STORY & JOURNEY CONTENT
Show the real, messy, honest process of building and learning.
Vulnerability builds faster than credentials in this industry.
Coaches buy from people they trust. Trust comes from authentic storytelling.
PILLAR 5 → OFFER & CTA CONTENT
Only 1 in 5 posts should include a direct ask.
Make the ask low-friction: "DM me AUDIT" or "Comment STRATEGY."
Never pitch before you've delivered value in the previous 4 posts.
Rotate through these 5 pillars every week.
Never let one dominate.
This is the architecture of a content strategy that actually converts for coaches and consultants.
Save this. Come back to it when your content feels scattered.
📌 Save this framework. Which pillar are you missing most right now? Tell me below.

The 5-Pillar Content System every coach needs to know about.
Most coaches are running their content strategy on 1–2 pillars.
The result: inconsistent engagement, low trust, and followers who never become clients.
A complete content system for coaches and consultants uses all five:
📚 Educational — builds credibility
🔥 Pain Awareness — builds empathy and relatability
📐 Strategic Insight — demonstrates expertise
💬 Story & Journey — builds deep trust
🎯 Offer & CTA — converts warm audience
One pillar per day. Five posts per week. Repeat with new angles.
This is what a strategic social media presence looks like for a coaching business — and this is what Raf Saquido SMM builds for clients.
🔖 Save this for your next content planning session. Follow for more frameworks built specifically for coaches.
📐 The 5-post system every coach needs to build a client-attracting social media presence:
Most coaches rotate between 1-2 content types and wonder why their strategy isn't working.
Here's the full system:
1️⃣ EDUCATIONAL POST — teach one specific, actionable thing
2️⃣ PAIN AWARENESS POST — name their exact struggle out loud
3️⃣ FRAMEWORK POST — break down a process step by step
4️⃣ STORY POST — share the real, honest journey (vulnerability = trust)
5️⃣ OFFER POST — one soft, low-friction ask (only 1 in 5!)
This is the rotation. This is the system. This is how coaches consistently attract clients without burning out.
The best part? You can batch-create all 5 in one sitting — and have a full week of strategic content ready to go.
💡 Want a done-for-you content calendar built on this system for your coaching business?

Real talk: most coaches are missing 3 out of 5 content pillars.
Which means most coaches have a content gap that's costing them clients — without even realizing it.
The full system is: Educational → Pain → Framework → Story → Offer.
One per day. Five per week.
Simple when you know it. Career-changing when you apply it.
Sharing this because I know coaches in my network are working so hard and deserve a system that actually works for them.
💬 Which of the 5 do you post most? Which do you avoid? (Be honest — I won't judge 😄)
DAY 04 · THURafael's story — why he chose to serve coachesStory & Journey
LinkedIn Personal — Origin Story
Personal narrative · 1,400–1,700 characters · High comment trigger
I didn't start as a social media marketer for coaches. I started as someone who noticed a massive gap — brilliant experts being completely ignored online. And I couldn't stop thinking about it.
Here's my honest story.
I come from a background in sales and customer conversations. For two years, I learned how to understand what people actually need — not what they say they need, but what's really underneath.
Then I started studying digital marketing. Shopify. WordPress. Content creation. Email marketing.
But something kept pulling me toward one specific problem:
Coaches and consultants — people with genuine, life-changing expertise — posting on social media and getting absolutely nothing in return.
Not because their content was bad.
Not because their offer wasn't valuable.
But because nobody had taught them how to translate their expertise into content that resonates, builds trust, and attracts the right clients.
That gap became my direction.
I made a decision: I was going to become the social media marketing specialist that coaches actually need. Not a generalist. Not someone who manages anyone's account. Someone who speaks the language of the coaching world — because I've studied it deeply.
I'm not the most experienced. I'm not going to pretend I have 10 years of case studies.
What I have is a deep, genuine understanding of what coaches need to communicate online to attract clients — and a commitment to deliver that with everything I have.
This is why I do this work.
And this is just the beginning.
— Rafael Saquido
💬 If you're a coach reading this — what's been the hardest part of your social media journey? I genuinely want to know.
Why Raf Saquido SMM exists — and why it was built for coaches specifically.
There are thousands of social media managers available to hire.
Most of them will manage any account, in any industry, for any client.
Raf Saquido SMM was built differently.
We work exclusively with coaches and consultants — because we believe that serving one market deeply produces better results than serving many markets broadly.
Our founder, Rafael Saquido, chose the coaching industry after studying one consistent pattern: coaches with incredible expertise being rendered invisible by a lack of social media strategy.
That observation became a mission.
Today, our work is focused on one outcome: giving coaches and consultants a social media presence that earns trust, demonstrates authority, and consistently attracts the right clients — without paid ads.
This is specialized work. And we treat it that way.
📌 Follow Raf Saquido SMM for content marketing strategies built exclusively for the coaching industry.
💡 Why I chose to specialize in social media marketing for coaches — and why it was the best decision I've made.
When I first started studying digital marketing, I could have gone in any direction.
But one thing kept catching my attention:
Coaches — genuinely talented, life-changing coaches — posting on social media and getting NOTHING back.
Not because their coaching wasn't good.
Because their content wasn't positioned to attract the right people.
That gap kept bothering me. And eventually, it became my purpose.
I built every piece of knowledge I have around one question:
"What does a coach's social media need to say — and how does it need to say it — to consistently attract clients?"
Every framework I use. Every strategy I apply. Every caption I write.
All of it answers that one question.
This is why I'm here. And this is who I'm here to serve.
👋 If you're a coach or consultant — I'd love to connect. Follow this page for content built specifically for your industry.
I made a decision to specialize in social media marketing for coaches and consultants — not because it was the easy choice, but because it was the right one.
I kept seeing brilliant coaches being invisible online. And it genuinely bothered me.
People with real expertise that could change lives — getting ignored because they didn't have a system for communicating their value.
I decided that was the problem I wanted to solve.
So here I am. Learning. Building. Committed to doing this right.
If you're a coach in my network — I'm rooting for you. And I'm here if you need a strategic partner for your social media. 🙏
❤️ React if you believe in doing work that actually matters.
I'm going to be honest about why I chose this path 🧡 (read this if you think specialization is limiting)
When people ask me why I only work with coaches and consultants, they expect a strategic answer.
The real answer is more personal than that.
I kept seeing something that bothered me deeply:
Coaches — people doing genuinely important, life-changing work — being invisible online.
Not because they weren't good at what they do.
Because no one had built them a system for communicating it.
That gap felt wrong to me. And I decided to do something about it.
Specialization isn't limiting.
Specialization is what allows me to go deep enough to actually help — instead of being another generalist offering generic advice.
Coaches deserve a specialist. Someone who speaks their language. Someone who understands the unique psychology of how coaches' clients make buying decisions.
That's who I'm building myself into.
One client, one post, one system at a time.

Why Social Media for Coaches Is a Completely Different Game (And What Actually Works in 2025)
📧 Subject line: "The coach's social media problem nobody is talking about"
Welcome to The Coach's Content Edge — a weekly newsletter where I break down the exact social media strategies that help coaches and consultants build authority, attract clients, and create a content system that works while they coach.
I'm Rafael Saquido — a Social Media Marketing specialist serving coaches and consultants. Every week, I'll share one deep insight, one actionable framework, and one thing you can implement before Monday.
Let's get into this week's insight.
— — —
THE INSIGHT: WHY SOCIAL MEDIA FOR COACHES IS DIFFERENT
Most social media advice is built for product businesses, e-commerce brands, or content creators.
Coaches are none of those things.
Coaches sell transformation. And transformation is the hardest thing to sell on social media — because the results are invisible until they're not.
Here's what this means in practice:
A coach can't show before-and-after product photos.
A coach can't offer a free trial that demonstrates value instantly.
A coach can't compete on price.
What a coach CAN do — and what works better than anything else in this industry — is build trust at scale through strategic content.
THE FRAMEWORK: THE TRUST PYRAMID FOR COACHES
Every piece of content a coach publishes should be building one layer of a trust pyramid. Here's how it works:
LAYER 1 — AWARENESS CONTENT
Posts that make your ideal client think: "This person understands my world."
Format: Pain awareness posts. Use the exact language coaches use when they're frustrated.
LAYER 2 — CREDIBILITY CONTENT
Posts that make your ideal client think: "This person knows what they're talking about."
Format: Educational posts. Frameworks. Insights. Processes. Things that demonstrate depth.
LAYER 3 — AUTHORITY CONTENT
Posts that make your ideal client think: "This person is the expert I need."
Format: Strategic insight carousels. Thought leadership pieces. Data-backed observations.
LAYER 4 — TRUST CONTENT
Posts that make your ideal client think: "I feel like I know this person."
Format: Story posts. Vulnerable journey posts. Real, honest reflections.
LAYER 5 — CONVERSION CONTENT
Posts that make your ideal client think: "I'm ready to talk to this person."
Format: Soft offer posts with low-friction CTAs.
Most coaches only create Layers 1 and 5 — awareness and offers — while skipping the trust-building middle.
The coaches who consistently attract clients from social media build all 5 layers in rotation.
THIS WEEK'S ACTION
Look at your last 10 posts.
Map each one to a layer of the Trust Pyramid.
Which layers are you missing?
That gap is exactly where your next client is hiding.

The Hook Formula That Gets Coaches to Stop Scrolling and Start Reading (With 10 Examples)
📧 Subject line: "The first 7 words that determine if coaches read your post"
Welcome back to The Coach's Content Edge.
This week, we're talking about hooks — because your hook is the only thing standing between your content and a coach who never reads it.
In my research studying the social media content of coaches and consultants, I found one pattern that explains most of the engagement gap:
Coaches with low engagement write hooks for themselves.
Coaches with high engagement write hooks for their reader.
The difference is subtle but everything.
— — —
THE INSIGHT: WHAT A HOOK IS ACTUALLY FOR
A hook has one job: to make someone stop scrolling and decide that reading your post is worth their next 60 seconds.
Not to be clever. Not to be creative. Not to be impressive.
To answer one unconscious question your reader is asking: "Is this about me?"
If the answer isn't immediately and obviously yes — they scroll.
THE FORMULA: THE 3-PART COACH HOOK
The highest-performing hooks in the coaching space share three elements:
ELEMENT 1: SPECIFICITY
Bad: "Social media is hard for coaches."
Good: "You've posted 3 times this week and still have zero DMs."
The more specific the pain, the more invisible the hook becomes — it disappears into the reader's experience.
ELEMENT 2: TENSION
Great hooks create a gap between where the reader is and where they want to be — and make them believe the post will close that gap.
"Here's the exact reason why" creates more tension than "Here are some tips."
ELEMENT 3: THE IMPLICIT PROMISE
Every hook promises something: a revelation, a framework, a solution, a validation.
Be specific about what the promise is. Vague promises produce low click-through.
10 HOOK EXAMPLES FOR COACHES' SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT:
1. "Most coaches post every day and still can't get a single client inquiry. Here's the exact reason why."
2. "You know your expertise is worth paying for. But somehow you feel invisible online. And nobody talks about how demoralizing that actually is."
3. "The coaches who consistently attract clients from LinkedIn don't post more. They post differently."
4. "I studied 30 coaching profiles over 2 weeks. Here's what separated the ones with full calendars from the ones with crickets."
5. "Stop writing for everyone. Start writing for one specific person. Here's exactly how."
6. "Coaches who feel invisible online aren't posting bad content. They're posting without a system."
7. "The mistake that kills 90% of coaches' content strategies — before the first post is even written."
8. "What a coach's ideal client needs to see before they're willing to spend $5,000+ with you."
9. "Consistency without strategy is just noise. Here's the difference — and why it matters."
10. "Your next client is already on LinkedIn. They just don't know you exist yet. Let's fix that."
THIS WEEK'S ACTION
Take your last post. Rewrite the first line using one of the 3 hook elements above.
Post it again (with updated content). Compare the engagement.
The hook is not decoration. The hook is the door.

How to Build a Social Media Presence That Attracts Coaching Clients — Even When You're Starting From Zero
📧 Subject line: "Starting from zero followers? Read this before posting another thing."
Welcome back to The Coach's Content Edge.
One of the most common questions I get from coaches starting their social media journey:
"How do I build credibility when I don't have case studies or testimonials yet?"
This week's newsletter is the complete answer.
— — —
THE INSIGHT: CREDIBILITY BEFORE PROOF
In traditional marketing, proof of results is everything. Case studies. Testimonials. Before-and-afters.
But the coaching industry runs on a different trust mechanism — and it's one that actually FAVORS those starting fresh.
Coaches don't primarily buy based on credentials.
They buy based on understanding.
Meaning: the service provider who best demonstrates that they understand a coach's specific world, struggles, and goals — wins the client. Regardless of how many previous clients they've had.
This is the credibility gap that experience can fill — but deep understanding can fill equally well.
THE FRAMEWORK: 4 TYPES OF ZERO-CREDENTIAL CREDIBILITY
TYPE 1: PROCESS CREDIBILITY
Share your methodology. Walk through your thinking. Document how you approach a problem.
"Here's exactly how I would audit a coach's LinkedIn profile in 20 minutes."
You don't need clients to demonstrate thinking. You just need to think publicly.
TYPE 2: RESEARCH CREDIBILITY
Document your market research. Share specific findings. Cite what you've studied.
"I spent 3 weeks inside Facebook groups for coaches. Here's the top 10 frustrations I found — in their exact words."
Research-based authority is available to anyone willing to do the research.
TYPE 3: FRAMEWORK CREDIBILITY
Build and share original frameworks — systems, processes, and models you've developed through study and thinking.
Original frameworks signal that you've synthesized knowledge into something new and useful. That's authority.
TYPE 4: EMPATHY CREDIBILITY
The most underrated form of authority: making someone feel completely understood.
When a coach reads your post and thinks "this person knows exactly what I'm going through" — you've built more trust than any testimonial could.
The coaches who hire you will never say "I hired them because they had X clients before me."
They'll say: "I hired them because they understood my world better than anyone I'd talked to."
ZERO-TO-FIRST-CLIENT ROADMAP
Week 1–2: Choose your niche. Build your profiles. Start posting educational and pain awareness content.
Week 3–4: Begin outreach conversations. Offer free audits. Document your process.
Month 2: Convert audit recipients into paid starter clients.
Month 3: Gather first testimonials. Begin charging entry pricing. Build case study content.
Month 4+: Raise rates. Move toward core and backend offers.
The path is clear. The only variable is execution.
THIS WEEK'S ACTION
Write one post using Research Credibility.
Document something specific you've learned about coaches and their social media struggles — from research, observation, or conversation.
Share what you found. Share why it matters. Share what it means for them.
That post will do more for your authority than any credential ever could.

The 90-Day Authority Roadmap: How Coaches Build a Social Media Presence That Consistently Attracts Clients
📧 Subject line: "Your complete 90-day social media plan — no guessing required"
Welcome to the final edition of Month 1 of The Coach's Content Edge.
This week: the complete, actionable 90-day roadmap for building a social media presence that consistently attracts coaching clients — without paid ads, without going viral, and without burning out.
— — —
THE 90-DAY AUTHORITY ROADMAP FOR COACHES
DAYS 1–30: FOUNDATION
The goal of Month 1 is not to get clients. The goal is to build the infrastructure that clients will eventually find — and trust immediately when they do.
Week 1: Optimize all three profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook Page, Instagram) with SEO-aligned bios, strategic headlines, and clear positioning statements. This alone will increase your discoverability on Google and LinkedIn search.
Week 2: Launch your content system. Begin posting across all three platforms using the 5-pillar rotation. Focus on educational and pain awareness posts. Do not pitch yet.
Week 3: Begin outreach. Comment on 10 coach posts daily. Send 5 DM openers per day. Offer free audits to warm conversations.
Week 4: Analyze Week 1–3 performance. Double down on the content topics generating engagement. Publish your first soft CTA post.
DAYS 31–60: MOMENTUM
The goal of Month 2 is to convert research and relationships into paid engagements and documented results.
Week 5–6: Convert 1–2 audit recipients into paid Starter clients ($50–$200 range). These first paid engagements are not about revenue — they're about building the portfolio and getting the first testimonials.
Week 7–8: Publish case study content based on first client outcomes (with permission). Begin introducing the 30-Day Content Strategy Package at entry pricing ($300–$500).
DAYS 61–90: AUTHORITY
The goal of Month 3 is to establish Rafael as the recognized social media marketing expert for coaches in his network — and begin converting that recognition into consistent monthly revenue.
Week 9–10: Launch the Core Service offering (Monthly Social Media Management, $1,000+ entry). Position this as an ongoing partnership, not a project.
Week 11–12: Publish the first performance report content — sharing (with permission) the results achieved for early clients. Organic social proof begins compounding.
By Day 90: First recurring client. First testimonials. First organic referral inquiries. A documented, proven system.
THE HONEST TRUTH ABOUT 90 DAYS
The coaches who struggle are the ones who treat the first 30 days as a test.
The coaches who build something real treat the first 90 days as a commitment — and they execute every day regardless of early results.
Social media authority is not built in one viral post.
It's built post by post, DM by DM, relationship by relationship.
The compound interest of consistent, strategic content is the most reliable client acquisition system available to coaches and consultants in 2025 and 2026.
This roadmap is the blueprint.
The only remaining question is: are you ready to build?
